Came here for lunch. Great sunny patio with fans. Started with tasty fresh bread and local sardines. Razor clams were fresh, creamy, garlicky. Our favourite was the grilled sea bream. Huge portion for 2 people. The fish was grilled perfectly, crispy skin and moist meat. Nice olive oil and herb dipping sauce. Unfortunately, the lettuce on the side was dry and bland.
The best seafood restaurant in my 5 days trip. I love the Scarlet pawns with seafood rice. The Scarlet pawns are not cheap but worth adding 2 into the Seafood rice. U can't find this quality in other part of Europe at a reasonable price. I paid 24 euro for 1 scarlet pawn (around 200g). The Garlic pawn starter is amazing at 19 euro. The service is great as well.
Absolutely delicious, every bite was phenomenal. We had the sea bass fish fillet and the cod bras style. The tequila ginger was extremely refreshing.
We ordered sea bass and oysters—the food was absolutely delicious. The fish was perfectly cooked, and the potatoes were great as well. The staff was very friendly. Although it was a bit pricey, it was definitely worth it. Just a heads-up: a 10% tip is already included in the bill
Lovely place with a terrace and fresh breeze splashed on people, good fresh fish variety and welcoming service. We had a sea bass, the portion was big enough for 2-3 people, served with potatoes and a salad. Make sure not to miss the cheesecake, it’s homemade and creamy, like a basque!
the food is nice but not exceptional, hence i’m giving 4 stars only. it definitely has more of a contemporary & fusion twist than what i would prefer, so if that’s what you’re looking for this place is perfect! really enjoyed their octopus salad which had a nice tangy sauce and chewy octopus slices. had their week’s special creamy fish rice—it was alright, lived up to its name and was creamy with fish, nothing special honestly. also had their smoked codfish, seasoned w salt & pepper and olive oil, very simple tastes. dont get their shrimp waffle, it was really underwhelming and confusing. there was a strong bitter taste from the walnuts and had a spicy sharp sauce. the shrimp had a non-existent part in the dish which was a pity. not sure why this place has such a high rating cos as much as the food is nice, there’s really nothing mind-blowing about it. the atmosphere would make for a really nice date night though.
